i accidentally purchased the wrong contact lens, what should i do?

No worries. At eyecloud.com.my, your satisfaction is our priority. As our commitment to you is our highest priority, we ensure all goods shipped from our warehouse has been screened and checked for quality assurance and consistency. 

[Upon Receiving Contact Lenses]

Check for Opened Seal on Packaging, Packaging defects and Prescription Error eg. Power, CYL, Axis, BC, Dia & Color

- Must report within 48 hours of receiving the goods, otherwise considered in Perfect Conditions.

- All unopened goods must be kept and return.

[Exchange for different brand or prescription]

In an event, that you accidentally purchased the wrong contact lenses or decided to change brands or prescriptions, don't worry. We will try to accommodate any changes that you might need if we can.

Step 1 : Ensure that the products are unopened or damaged and it's minimum expiry is 1 year's time.

Within how long should I inform Eyecloud about my damage/ defective/ incorrect item?

We really appreciate if you could get back to us within 48 hours upon receiving damage/ defective/ incorrect item. Otherwise, the item will be considered in perfect condition when receive.

How to return the product?

Take a photo of the defective/ incorrect product and provide brief explanation as well as your order ID, Click here to summit. We will get back to you with our management decision and solution within 48 hours.

In the case where product return is required, please ensure that all products are returned in its original condition with proper packaging, complete with accessories and purchase invoice. We are not liable for shipping lost and Eyecloud has full discretion to replace or decline in any circumstances. How will I know the decision regarding my return request?

You will receive a notification via email or WhatsApp if we accept or reject your request.

All refund will be given as a voucher with one year validity.
