West Malaysia

  • Estimated Delivery Time : 2 to 5 working days

East Malaysia

  • Shipping Rates : Flat rate Rm10
  • Estimated Delivery Time : 3 to 7 working days

Overseas Delivery

Country : Singapore

  • Shipping Rates : Flat rate Rm50
  • Estimated Delivery Time : 3 to 10 working days

Country : Thailand, Indonesia, Brunei, Australia, New Zealand and the Rest of Asia Country

  • Shipping Rates : Flat rate Rm100
  • Estimated Delivery Time : 2 to 3 weeks (Subject to custom clearance procedure).

I can’t track my order on courier tracing page. What I need to do?

If you are unable to track your package on the courier tracking page, your parcel might have just been handover to our respective courier partner. The tracking information with our logistic partners will be available within 24 hours after shipping.

Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item’s details if you are still unable to track your parcel by the following business days after item has been shipped out. We will assist you to resolve the issue with immediate action.

How do I Track & Trace my order?

Now you can track your order right away in one click. You can check the information of your order status at "My ACCOUNT - Orders".

Do you deliver during weekends and holidays?

Unfortunately, our courier partners are unable to deliver during weekends or public holidays. Please expect to receive your parcel on working days only.

I need my order now, can Eyecloud speed up the delivery?

Where can i request an official receipt?

Eyecloud’s official receipts are usually attached with the item in the parcel. However, in the event if you did not receive the receipt for the item, please send your request to [email protected]. All official receipts will be sent via email.

Can I pick up my order at Eyecloud office?

Eyecloud does not provide self-service delivery location to pick up your orders.
